Taxi service during engineering works and journey disruptions

Train services may be affected by engineering work on railway lines and at stations. Train travel can also be disrupted by point and signal failure. When this happens, we provide rail replacement bus services. Since these coaches are not as accessible as our trains, we provide a taxi service for passengers with a disability. To let us know about your journey in advance, please call us on 0800 0232545. (Calls are free, but if you call from a mobile, standard mobile rates apply.)
