Arriva Service Points
Sometimes it feels better to handle things in person. You can do this at the Arriva Service Point near you. It's a physical shop where our staff is ready to assist you.
At the Service Point you can:
- Purchase travel products
- Buy and recharge your public transport chip card
- Request credit from an active public transport chip card
- Pay a fine
- Provide proof for the right to display regulations
- Find travel information
