Sometimes it feels better to handle things in person. You can do this at the Arriva Service Point near you. It's a physical shop where our staff is ready to assist you.

At the Service Point you can:

  • Purchase travel products
  • Buy and recharge your public transport chip card
  • Request credit from an active public transport chip card
  • Pay a fine
  • Provide proof for the right to display regulations
  • Find travel information
